Tiffany oversees regulatory strategy, product testing policies, recalls, third-party factory assessments, and field quality programs—ensuring products meet and exceed safety standards in both domestic and global markets.
She also governs the policies, protocols, and testing standards that enable safe, high-quality products to reach millions of guests. In addition, Tiffany drives Target’s global PSQR ethics oversight, fostering transparency and accountability with internal and external partners.
